Booking

All useful information for bookings at Residence del Lago, holiday residence on Lake Garda

Services included in the price:

  • consumption of electricity and water
  • independent air conditioning or heating
  • room and bathroom linen
  • welcome kit with capsules of coffee and herbal tea
  • courtesy line set in the bathroom
  • base kit for cleaning the apartment
  • Wi-Fi line
  • final cleaning (except kitchenette which must be left clean)
  • use of the pool in summer (May to September)
  • parking subject to availability (1 car per apartment. medium-sized cars, no vans or minivans)



Minimum stay:
The minimum length of stay varies depending on the season and/or offer (a minimum of 2 nights during the low season and 7 nights during the high season is always required).

Final cleaning:
The cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price for the apartment. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the guest and may incur a surcharge if it is not completed or the apartment is left excessively dirty.



For longer stays (direct bookings):
A cleaning service is planned and included in the price for the apartment, every 7 nights (cleaning of the bathroom and change of bed linen and towels).


Additional services available on request at extra charge:
Daily cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are available on request and at an additional charge.
  • Daily cleaning € 30 bilo - € 40 trilo (apartment tidying up with cleaning of bathroom)
  • Kitchenette cleaning € 20
  • Extra change of linen for double bed € 8
  • Extra change of linen for single bed € 5
  • Extra change of towels € 10 per set (1 small, 1 medium, 1 big towel)
  • Extra bed € 20 per night, complete with sheets and towels
  • Crib € 15 per night, complete with sheets and pillow
  • € 10.00 per animal per night.

Days and times for check-in and check-out:
Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. and is available independently online
Check-out takes place between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
a different time can be arranged for specific needs.
Days of check-in vary depending on the season and the chosen apartment. From May to September, check-ins can be done from Thursday to Saturday for a minimum stay of 7 nights.



Admission of pets*: 
€ 10.00 per animal per night.
* They are welcome at our property and allowed only in apartments on the ground floor with a garden:
two-room apartment "Sirmione"
two-room apartment "Lazise"
three-roomed apartment "Manerba"

Only 1 small/medium sized dog, per apartment
They do not have access to the pool and garden areas.
They must be reported when booking (during your stay we provide a cushion and bowls for water and food, as well as a list of services available for your pet)



Conditions for booking and payment of the stay:
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking (by credit card or bank transfer).
The balance is due at the time of check-in in cash* (see below upper limit) or debit/credit card.



Conditions for the cancellation of the booking:
During low season, for cancellations up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no penalty. The guest will pay 30% of the stay (equal to the paid deposit) if he/she cancels during the 72 hours before arrival.
During high season, for cancellations up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no penalty. The guest pays the total amount of the booking if he/she cancels within 14 days before arrival.



Accepted forms of payment:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi), bank transfer, cash.



Note:
At management's discretion, guests may use all amounts retained as cancellation penalties as a deposit for a future stay, subject to agreement and conditions to be determined with management. The future stay is to be enjoyed within the current calendar year.



Important alert*:
A new legislative decree introduced a limit on the use of cash. Therefore, a transaction in cash is only allowed for amounts up to € 1,999.99 - while transactions exceeding this limit must be exclusively made via bank transfer (prior to arrival), credit card or debit card (we do not accept bank checks).  Until 31/12/2022
